This 36" Rotary Griddle was built for Trish Ann's Restaurant in Haddock, GA. She requested a it to have a small side burner installed
for heating sauces. The griddle comes with 4 each - 170,000 BTU burners installed under the griddle top. This has a custom paint
job (uncharge required) and a wood work surface installed. It was installed inside a commercial kitchen, under a commercial exhaust
hood. The Rotary Griddle is great for cooking any type of flat food (i.e., pancakes, fish filet, chicken filet, steaks, hamburgers,
bacon, eggs, etc.). The cooker rotates at approximately 1 RPM, which is slow enough to work whatever you may be cooking. This is
an awesome rotary griddle cooker!!! Any combination of features can be incorporated into this design but is considered a Custom Cooker.
