We built this for a gentleman who lives in Smarr, GA. He contacted us and wanted to know if we could modify one of our patio grills
to be used as part of his outdoor pavilion/entertaining area, with a few modifications. And of course we did. He wanted something
that he could use as both a pit smoker and grill with multiple levels of adjustment for the fire tray. To accomplish this, we increased
the height of the cooker to allow for 5 different levels of adjustment of the fire tray and it has two cook racks. One half rack
and one whole rack. He wanted everything to be made from carbon steel. No chrome or stainless steel. As you can see, it has made
a fine addition to his outdoor entertainment area.
